As a vital member of our Operations Team, the Switch Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the assembly of components that contribute to the management and monitoring of one of our planet's most essential resources - water.
Work Schedule:
Enjoy a consistent workweek from Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm or 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, including potential shorter hours on Fridays.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay is set at $17.75 per hour, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package. Employees will also accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) from the first day of employment, along with participation in engaging company events and a supportive team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to construct float switches in accordance with the production schedule. This role provides the chance to work with various tools, machinery, robotics, and automated systems.
Work Environment:
Our facility offers a safe, clean, and climate-controlled workspace.
