Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at the Concourse Club Rooftop Lounge in Wood-Ridge, NJ. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktail experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus that showcase our unique spirit selection
  • Ensure that all cocktails are crafted with precision and attention to detail, using only the finest ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on mixology trends and techniques

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as a professional bartender in a high-volume lounge, bar, or restaurant is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with premium spirits and wines
  • Craft cocktail experience is preferred but not required
  • Charisma, showmanship, and the desire to help guests enjoy their experience
