Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of nursing professionals at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, such as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
  • Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
  • Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
  • Go over care options with residents and family members
  • Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and medical condition histories
  • Participate in investigations into incidents, ensuring they are reported accurately
  • Train and supervise nursing staff
Requirements
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
