Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our Center Administrator and Director of Nursing to achieve the highest levels of Center performance in quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and AlignMed Partners' Corporate Integrity policies.
- M.D. or D.O. required.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification.
- Geriatrics specialization is desirable.
- Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA is desirable.
