North Platte, Nebraska, United States MRG Exams Full time

At MRG Exams, we are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our team in performing medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

We require professionals who can analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions. In this role, you will review medical records electronically through a web portal and conduct focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran.

You will be responsible for electronically documenting exam findings required by the VA through the web portal. It is essential to note that as a representative of MRG Exams, you do not make disability determinations; rather, you provide valuable insights that support the VA's decision-making process.

This position involves performing Disability Assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day. The schedule for this part-time role is Wednesday, 9am-5pm. This is an in-person position, and you will work in a clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be able to stay on task, and meet requirements. You must hold a current and unrestricted NP or PA license and be proficient in using a computer. Furthermore, you will need to meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.

Beyond the core responsibilities, you will also benefit from training and continued support provided by MRG Exams. Health insurance options are available, and you will have access to a computer supplied by the company. A typical day consists of working with 3 to 5 patients.

  • Able to analyze data from medical records and exam findings.
  • Skilled in time management, able to stay on task and meet requirements.
  • Must hold a current and unrestricted NP or PA license.
  • Proficiently use a computer.
