Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated and proficient board certified or board-eligible gastroenterologist to enhance our medical team at Provider Solutions & Development. In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and managing patients with gastrointestinal disorders, contributing significantly to their health and recovery.
- Mission-Driven Environment: At Provider Solutions & Development, we are committed to serving diverse communities, including those who are underserved and uninsured.
- Work Schedule: Full-Time employment entails a 4-day work week, with one day dedicated to office duties and three days primarily focused on endoscopic procedures.
- Patient Load: You will manage an average of 14 patients per clinic day.
- Care Model: The position involves a blend of inpatient and outpatient care.
- Hospital Coverage: You will provide compensated hospital coverage one week out of every six, with no office or ASC responsibilities during this period.
- On-Call Duties: Weekend and night call responsibilities can be handled from home or the hospital.
- Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary with a 2-year guarantee, comprehensive benefits, and 5-6 weeks of annual leave for vacation, holidays, and continuing medical education (CME).
- Shareholder Opportunities: Eligible for shareholder track starting in Year 3, with additional benefits and annual bonuses potentially exceeding $1 million over a full career.
- Sign-On Bonus: A generous multi-year sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
- Loan Repayment: A residency/fellowship stipend and a robust student loan repayment program are offered for qualifying candidates.
- Loan Forgiveness: Physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
- Salary Range: Compensation ranges from $397,149.00 to $668,314.00 annually, reflecting the starting range of total compensation, which may include bonuses and incentives.
