Banquet Manager

We are seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to join our team at Crystal Springs Resort. As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquets and catering, including day-to-day operations, hiring, training, and supervising staff. You will also be responsible for scheduling, payroll, inventory controls, and rental agreements. Experience with weddings is preferred, and basic wine and spirit knowledge is a must. Mixology and advanced wine knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate will be computer literate with emphasis on Excel, experience with Agilisys POS, and good written and verbal communication skills. They will also be able to work a flexible schedule and have a fun-loving attitude.

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Knowledge of computerization and POS systems
• High energy, detail-oriented, and computer skills
