Key Responsibilities

* Assists healthcare providers with routine duties such as preparing patients for examinations, taking vitals, and ordering lab tests

* Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient charts and records

* Answers phone calls and responds to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

* Previous experience in a clinical setting highly desirable

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
