Job Summary:

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled RF Systems Engineer to join our team of experts in the field of radio frequency engineering. As a RF Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing RF systems for military aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze RF systems for military aircraft
  • Gather data and requirements for RF system development
  • Interface with suppliers and brief customers on RF system capabilities
  • Act as manufacturing liaison during build process to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met
  • Support integration of avionics on military aircraft
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for RF systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience OR Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 0 years of experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or higher security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain additional Special Access Program (SAP) access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current, active in-scope DoD Secret or higher security clearance
  • Proficiency with Matlab, Simulink, HFSS, STK, EMIT
  • Familiarity with DOORS or CAMEO
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to lead fellow engineers on technical efforts

Salary Range:

$87,200 - $130,800
