Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
• Evaluate patient outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Current New York Physical Therapist License.
• DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
