Job Summary

The Service Technician operates a company service truck, driving to various locations to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. This position is the heart of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
  • Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8-point service standard.
  • Provide customer service interaction on customer work sites to ensure services are completed to their standard.
  • Ability to be flexible to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
  • Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their portable toilet requirements.

Salary Range

$15.50 – $25.50 / hour

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
