Planet Healthcare is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Monticello, Minnesota.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CT scanning, preferably in a travel or per diem setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction
