Executive Housekeeper

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Bfthospitality. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel suites and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of all assigned suites and public areas, including furnishings, equipment, and linens.
• Perform all housekeeping duties, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning, to ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Verify and update the status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Notify the General Manager and/or Chief Engineer of any maintenance repairs necessary, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping management position.
• High school education required, post-high school education preferred.
• Basic math skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
