Diagnostic Imaging Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you will be working with our diverse Radiology Team to provide high-quality imaging services to our patients.
The department of Imaging and Imaging Sciences at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center includes over 25 Johns Hopkins School of Medicine specialized Radiologists who perform more than 130,000 exams and procedures annually. Our department serves our East Baltimore community, as well as national and international referrals. We are committed to enhancing our trainees' education and improving patient outcomes.
As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in our nine specialty areas, including Emergency, Outpatient, Stroke, Inpatient/Portable x-ray, OR, Endoscopy, Urology, Outpatient Orthopedic, and Speech Pathology. You will be responsible for providing coverage for these areas and working collaboratively with our Radiology Team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of occupationally specific education or an Associate's degree in radiologic technology
- Less than six months of previous experience
- Certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist by the Maryland Board of Physician Quality Assurance
- Certification from ARRT
- Valid CPR card
Shift:
- 40 hours per week
- Evening Shift
