Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Four Winds Casino. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining service to our guests, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverages to guests in accordance with our venue standards.
  • Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.
  • Answer guest questions and refer them to management personnel as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all side stations and ensure adequate supplies are stocked.
  • Perform tasks to service guests, including taking and filling food and drink orders, and maintaining a clean and neat dining area.
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Prepare hot and cold specialty coffee drinks and blended beverages.
  • Brew hot coffee, iced tea, and cold coffee according to brand standards.
  • Heat, package, and serve pastries and sandwiches.
  • Dispense gelato.
  • Utilize recipe and portion knowledge to consistently execute food and beverage preparation.
  • Receive payment from guests in a prompt and courteous manner, adhering to cash control policies and procedures.
  • Work in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist other restaurant personnel with maintenance and side work as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from employees or guests.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
Work Environment

The work environment is typically moderate, with occasional loud noise and smoky conditions when on the casino floor.
