Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at Blanco Cocina + Cantina. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Blanco Cocina + Cantina is a part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, a family of innovative and growing restaurant brands. We are a casual escape from the everyday, serving fresh twists on Mexican food favorites and creative margaritas.

• Provide exceptional hospitality to every guest, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Manage the flow of the restaurant, controlling the pace of the door and communicating with managers to ensure a smooth operation.
• Be knowledgeable about our menu and make genuine recommendations to guests.
• Keep the host stand clean and organized, ensuring a positive first impression for every guest.
• Work effectively in a high-volume environment, responding to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Be available to work weekends and some holidays, as well as fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
