About the Role:
The Caregiver Specialist will be responsible for providing daily care to a group of residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and socialization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
- Engage residents in social activities, such as games, exercises, and conversations
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
