We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Associate. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with your colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, learn about new wireless and internet technologies, and train towards becoming a Mobile Expert.

• Provide helpful and personalized assistance to customers
• Demonstrate equipment and technology in-store
• Learn and stay up-to-date on wireless technology, people skills, and sales techniques
• Meet and exceed sales targets, win customer service awards, and contribute to the team's success

• High School or GED completion required, Bachelor's degree a plus
• Customer service experience and skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices
