Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Privia Health. As a key member of our primary care practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages.
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with our board-certified family medicine physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Primary care experience preferred.
- State licensure and board certification required.
- Excellent clinical skills and a passion for building relationships with patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
