Position Summary:

As a vital member of our team, the Loan Originator plays a crucial role in cultivating and expanding our clientele by assisting individuals with diverse financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain an active Mortgage Loan Originator License.
  • Achieve production targets, including:

o Full-time Loan Originator- $1,750,000 in closed loan volume OR 9 or more closed loan transactions within a quarterly timeframe.


  • Ensure the submission of comprehensive and accurate loan files, including complete 1003 forms and supporting documentation (income, assets, liabilities, and credit), while setting clear expectations for processing timelines.
  • Manage sales contacts and maintain a robust pipeline throughout the loan process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders, including culturally and linguistically varied staff and external clients, in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting.
  • Generate business through effective utilization of the Company's marketing strategies, lead generation, and personal outreach.
  • Structure, present, and sell loan products to prospective clients.
  • Gather necessary borrower information to recommend suitable financial products or programs.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients via various communication methods to ensure clarity on available programs.

Required Qualifications:

Key qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop a sales-oriented skill set, focusing on building a customer base and securing new mortgage opportunities.
  • Engage potential clients through telephone and email outreach.
  • This position may involve occasional overtime and travel requirements.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
