About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Production Process Director. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on our manufacturing operations, driving innovation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process improvement and leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing the local Manufacturing Engineering group, working closely with the Plant Manager to develop and implement safe, cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing new processes, modifying existing ones, and improving production techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize departmental performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office products.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
