Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting intakes and documenting health concerns and medical history
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
