Experienced Workers Compensation Defense Associate Attorney

Wintersteen Casarez Law Corporation is a dynamic law firm committed to delivering exceptional results in workers' compensation defense cases. We are seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team and contribute to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation.
- Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators to ensure seamless case management.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies and achieve successful outcomes.
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees;
- Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing;
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Commitment to proactive case management;
- Experience in Merus and/or Litify is preferred but not required;
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams is preferred but not required.
- Competitive salary ranging from $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually.
