Job Summary:

Progressive Behavior Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients to implement evidence-based ABA therapy and provide support to families in the Chicagoland suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group ABA therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on client behavior.
  • Collaborate, communicate and assist with the training of clients, parents and staff.
  • Participate in daily communication with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and family.

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Teaching, Therapy, Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
