We are seeking an experienced Patient Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and healthcare, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients
- Managing patient flow through the clinical care process
- Providing upfront financial counseling services
- Collecting payment from patients according to established guidelines
You will work closely with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure that every interaction is positive and efficient. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in healthcare administration and customer service. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key qualifications include:
