Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join our team as a Pet Parent Relationship Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing the number of dogs in our daycare and boarding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fully understand our daycare and boarding model and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services to potential customers.
  • Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents and convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at our Center.
  • Plan and manage our Social Media campaign(s) for the Center and determine and effectively manage the digital spend for the Center.
  • Establish and manage the Guerilla Marketing effort for the Center and implement and manage the Guerilla Marketing Campaign.
  • Manage the referral program and conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet.
  • Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center and achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status report.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales and highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills and prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
