RN - Cardiac Telemetry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in the 3 North Cardiac Telemetry unit at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center-Burbank. As a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including monitoring and managing their condition, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
