Building Caretaker

KBS is actively seeking dedicated housekeeping professionals who take pride in their work and possess a keen eye for detail. The Custodial Technician will be responsible for the general cleaning and maintenance of various facilities, including distribution centers, retail environments, and commercial properties. Individuals in this role will ensure that the premises, surrounding areas, and equipment are maintained in a clean, organized, and functional state.

Position Details:

This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Work Schedule: Shifts may vary, including weekends.

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 5 am - 1:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: 1 pm - 9:30 pm

Compensation: $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Regularly check and empty trash receptacles in all areas.
• Collect and sort recycling materials into designated containers.
• Clean windows and reflective surfaces; polish stainless steel fixtures.
