Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and experience in a Cath Lab setting, with a strong focus on maintaining a sterile environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Prepare equipment before and during procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Assess patient condition and provide personalized care to meet their unique needs.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure to prevent complications.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful integration into the team.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Cath Lab setting.
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
- BLS certification, with ACLS training required within 6 months of hire.
The compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.
