Key Responsibilities- Examine prepared slides with a microscope to detect evidence of abnormalities and report findings to pathologists for review.

- Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment, championing safety, compliance, and quality control.
- Graduation from an accredited school of cytology.
- Cytotechnologist certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
- Current Tennessee License.
- Critical thinking, complex problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate general laboratory equipment and have basic computer skills.
- 2+ years of laboratory training or experience.

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards.
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position, eligible for benefits, with a scheduled weekly hours of 40 and a work shift of Monday-Friday, 8a-430p.
