Join Our Float Nursing Pool

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float nursing pool at Bridgeville Rehab in Bridgeville, PA. As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to build a schedule that suits your needs, working a minimum of two shifts per week, including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts.

About the Role

As a Regional Float CNA, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn is required.
  • Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.
