Nighttime Baker

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and pastries for our cafes.

Key Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet customer demand
• Ensure all products meet Panera Bread's quality standards
• Work collaboratively with cafe management and fellow associates to achieve team goals
• Represent Panera Bread's concept and cultural values in your daily work
• Perform other duties as needed, such as stocking, prep, and sanitation

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a bakery environment (preferred)
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m. may vary)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Minimum age 18 years
