Parking Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a safe and secure parking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct patrons to available parking spaces
  • Issue tickets to customers and record required information
  • Process exception transactions, including lost tickets and grace period tickets
  • Complete daily shift paperwork, including recording transactions and vehicle information
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Perform small cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned by location management
