Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience as a Labor and Delivery nurse.
  • Current RN licensure and certification in Labor and Delivery.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, and 36 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
