We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • RN or LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
