Position Overview

SENIOR COMMERCIAL LOSS ESTIMATOR

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your main duty will be to ensure that all reconstruction projects are estimated with precision and executed seamlessly from inception to completion. Your ability to surpass the expectations of business clients and insurance partners will define your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel as necessary.
  • Establish prompt communication with clients.
  • Generate precise estimates for every project consistently.
  • Engage with insured clients and insurance representatives to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Oversee and manage all facets of the estimating process, including the development of a comprehensive and accurate scope, communication with insurance providers, and the distribution of essential documentation to stakeholders.

In addition to preparing estimates, you will be responsible for transitioning each project to our national mitigation teams. Collaborate closely with mitigation, reconstruction, and accounting teams to ensure the completion of work orders and conduct pre-construction meetings on-site when necessary.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in insurance restoration estimating.
  • Preferred proficiency in level 3 Certification using Xactimate, Xactanalysis, and Symbility software.
  • IICRC Certifications are advantageous.
  • Established connections with insurance adjusters and representatives are a plus.
