Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate notes.
  • Evaluate client needs and provide appropriate referrals/resources.
  • Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and couples.
  • Formulate diagnoses in accordance with DSM 5 standards.
  • Engage in consultations with other healthcare providers, psychiatrists, and family members as necessary.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development to effectively address the unique challenges of our client demographic.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling or social work.
  • Active Illinois license (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or LSW).
  • Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical therapy role.

Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid model; a mix of remote and in-office work.

Flexible Scheduling Options:
  • Full-Time (28+ hours/week).
  • Part-Time (15+ hours/week).

Salary Range: $40,000 - $75,000 annually
