Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This role involves working directly with students to provide speech and language therapy, conduct assessments, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs). Experience in a school setting is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective communication and support student communication needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions in both individual and group settings to promote student communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to ensure compliance and quality care.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational goals to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but not required for CF applicants.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
