Fusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fusion Specialist to join our team at Harco Fittings, a member of the IPEX Group of Companies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and overhaul of mechanical systems used in production.

• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Overhaul and repair mechanical systems as needed to maintain production standards.
• Adapt pre-cut materials to order specifications by heating materials utilizing hot plates and pressure to soften and bond the materials.
• Operate heavy equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Prior construction and forklift experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

This role requires good mobility and involves considerable routine walking, standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to a maximum of 70 lbs. The use of hand tools and working in a fast-paced environment are also essential aspects of this role.
