We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Correspondent. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our representatives, customers, and employees, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist representatives, customers, and employees with inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between Sales Reps, Managers, customers, Technical Service, Engineering, and the Factory, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
- Process incoming orders with accuracy, ensuring unit pricing and shipping information are correct.
- Enter orders into the Friedman ERP system, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Review and verify information before sending to Credit/Factory, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries related to products, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Guide representatives and distributors in the use of Sales Assistant Specifier, promoting effective product utilization.
- Monitor fax machines for orders, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
- Keep filing and paperwork up-to-date, ensuring easy access to critical information.
- Complete special projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Assist other team members when work permits, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Perform similar or related duties as required or requested, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in writing orders and pricing a plus
- Able to use computer software, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ambitious, organized, and detail-oriented
- Team player who works well with others
- Able to function under pressure
- Able to prioritize and multitask
