**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to coordinate total patient nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family teaching, and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standard for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans of care
* Participate in patient and family teaching
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
**Requirements:**
* Current, unencumbered R.N. license to practice in the State of Michigan
* Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a minimum of two years of college level training in nursing, BSN preferred
* 36 hours per week, 7p-7:30a weekends and holidays to be scheduled in accordance with CBA
