Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper in our Havana, FL facility. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our warehouse.

• Inventory Management: Accurately verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, comparing contents to records and manifests.
• Shipping and Receiving: Prepare items for shipment, using a scanner and forklift to ensure timely and efficient processing.
• Inventory Control: Store and maintain inventory, requisitioning and storing shipping materials and supplies as needed.
• Document Preparation: Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.
• Material Movement: Move materials in and out of work areas and the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Alerting Management: Notify management of out-of-stock or low-stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing disruptions.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.

• Scanning and Sorting: Accurately scan and sort incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Inventory Control Experience: Possess experience with inventory control and cycle counting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Receiving, Stocking, and Stacking: Receive, stock, and stack inventory, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Pulling, Packing, and Loading: Pull, pack, and load inventory, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with team members and management.
• Time Management: Demonstrate strong sense of time organization and urgency, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and within a team, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.

Work Environment: The majority of the work will be on the plant floor in a climate-controlled facility. The working hours for the 1st shift are 7AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday (Must be able to work OT on weekends).
