Barista - Crafty Stir - FT

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outlet inventory and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
• Operate point of sale systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address inventory needs and maintenance issues.
• Set up stations and perform side work and opening/closing duties as directed.
• Receive, fill, and deliver stock orders and requisitions.

Requirements:

• Experience in fast food or restaurant service with point of sale cash handling knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of point of sale systems and cash handling accuracy.
• Complete knowledge of outlet offerings and preparations.

Training and Development:

• Outlet-specific standard operating procedures.
• Point of sale system training.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to bend and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.
