About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at North Knoxville Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
