Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Bell Attendant to join our team. As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a presence on the front drive, assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment, and valet parking guest cars
  • Explaining hotel services and amenities, including location, hours of operation, and banquet functions
  • Escorting guests to their guestrooms, providing property tours, and delivering luggage and other items
  • Answering questions about local areas of interest and assisting with transportation needs
  • Providing personalized service to create a memorable arrival and departure experience
  • Assisting with driving the Dart cart and/or van on trips for Dartmouth Alumni and occasional airport runs
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the valet/bell stand public areas
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and good driving history
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
