Job Summary: RIEKE CORP is seeking a skilled Assembly and Molding Machine Operator to join our team in the Manufacturing Production department. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating Assembly and Molding machines, troubleshooting minor operating difficulties, and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Inspect and pack finished parts properly, and detect small defects as in scratches, dents, smudges, etc.
  • Machine Operation: Operate Assembly and Molding machines, and make minor adjustments to machines to maintain quality standards.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Complete data entry activities as needed, and record production and maintain records.
  • Communication: Provide timely and complete communication with Team Leaders and all other impacted operational and functional teams regarding quality or mechanical issues.
  • Production Standards: Meet production standards consistently once trained, and compile data associated with the performance of production equipment for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to judge quality in all aspects, and detect small defects.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read and understand job orders, and provide timely and complete communication with team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot minor operating difficulties, and make minor adjustments to machines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
