As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in swiftly addressing guest inquiries and embodying the spirit of our establishment, fostering meaningful relationships with our patrons.
This role necessitates active daily engagement throughout the property to ensure an impeccable guest experience. Collaborating with a dedicated team, the Operations Manager is devoted to providing exceptional, warm, and efficient service while optimizing room revenue, sustaining high occupancy levels, and prioritizing the satisfaction of both guests and staff.
Compensation:$48,000 - $52,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Eligibility to work in the United States is required for this position.
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in food and beverage service is essential, with a background as a restaurant FOH/BOH supervisor.
- A diploma or degree in business management, culinary arts, or hospitality management is advantageous.
- The Operations Manager will typically work a 5.5-day week during peak seasons, averaging 50-60 hours weekly, with a focus on managing the floor during 4 nights.
- Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts as operational needs dictate.
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- A passion for public engagement and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests are essential traits.
- Knowledge of various dining styles, proper food and beverage service, basic culinary techniques, health regulations, and liquor laws is necessary.
- Certification in Tips and Serve-Safe is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, quick adaptability, and hands-on accountability are expected.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment is crucial.
- Strong observational skills and the capacity to perform under pressure during busy periods are required.
- Physical capabilities such as walking, bending, lifting, manual dexterity, and working in diverse temperatures are essential.
- Must have eligibility to work in the United States.
- Candidates should be at least 18 years old.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for conveying information effectively.
- Proficiency in a Mac environment is a mandatory requirement.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, along with keen attention to detail, are essential.
- Experience with Clock or a similar Property Management System is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary for this role.
- Effective collaboration with colleagues and guests is a key aspect of the position.
- The ability to both take and provide direction effectively is important.
- Ideal candidates should be neat, courteous, flexible, and extremely detail-oriented.
- Graceful interaction with the public is expected from the ideal candidate.
- Maintaining composure, courtesy, and professionalism, especially in challenging situations, is a must.
- Demonstrated initiative in job performance, including proactive task management, is required.
- A proven track record of meeting deadlines is essential.
- Being a team player who is flexible and willing to support the property and organizational goals is crucial.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on guest demand, is required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the hotel industry and Food and Beverage program with increasing responsibilities is mandatory.
- Availability to work nights and weekends is a fundamental requirement for this position.

The lodge draws inspiration from classic American materials, featuring textured wood and stone, complemented by cozy, rustic decor, large windows, and numerous gathering spots around the fire. Our accommodations range from double queen and king rooms for intimate getaways to spacious loft suites for larger groups.
