About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Sierra Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to adult patients undergoing cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adult patients undergoing cardiac procedures
  • Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current NV nursing license
  • Current BLS certificate
  • ACLS certificate
  • One year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Current POC certification within 6 months of hire
  • Willing to take call/standby in the Cardiovascular lab as needed
