Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges to provide support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and care
  • Document and report on individual progress and any concerns or issues that arise
Requirements
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
  • Patient, compassionate, and reliable
