We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our team at Liberty Mutual. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing complex risks, developing and underwriting profitable business, and maintaining strong relationships with agents and brokers.

• Evaluate and manage complex risks, including pricing and underwriting policies
• Develop and underwrite profitable business, leveraging market presence and knowledge
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers, identifying opportunities for growth and development
• Contribute to team projects, including process and tool improvement, and participate in product development
• Mentor junior underwriters and new hires, providing guidance and support

• Minimum of 2.5 years of progressive underwriting experience, with a degree in Business or equivalent
• Proven analytical ability to evaluate and judge underwriting risks, with competence in all phases and aspects of the underwriting process
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques, with the ability to define and implement necessary underwriting and administrative processes
• Proven track record of developing and underwriting profitable business
